2 Different Ram 2020 Trims

The 2020 Ram 1500 full-size pickup comes in a variety of trim levels that allow you to find the perfect balance of features and price tag. The entry-level Tradesman is already decently equipped, but let’s take a look at what you’ll get as you move up the trim levels.

Big Horn

The Big Horn is the 2020 Ram 1500‘s second trim level, and it gives you access to many optional features. This truck comes standard with a 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 engine that produces 305 horsepower and 269 pound-feet of torque, but on any trim, it  can be upgraded to a 3.0-liter V-6 diesel engine or a 5.7-liter HEMI V-8 with or without the eTorque mild hybrid system.

Inside the cabin, you’ll find a standard 5-inch touch screen that can be upgraded to the 8.4- or 12-inch screen that’s compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The rear seat is 60/40-split, so you can fold it to fit more cargo in the cabin.

Laramie

The Laramie is the Ram 1500’s first step toward luxury truck status. It comes standard with the 8.4-inch touch screen, and its front row can be upgraded to leather-trimmed heated, ventilated, and power-adjustable seats. The Laramie sits on standard 20-inch wheels rather than the usual 18 inches. Equip your Laramie with the Night Edition Appearance Package to get a blacked-out grille and accents, or stick with the standard chrome-emblazoned appearance.

Rebel

The Ram 1500 Rebel is the off-roading entry in the lineup. With this capable truck, you’ll get more gear to take on tough terrain. These features include an electronic locking rear axle, all-terrain tires, a factory lift kit, and skid plates. The Rebel’s exterior boasts a more sporty personality, complete with a unique, more modern grille.

Laramie Longhorn

The Laramie Longhorn is your next step up in the luxury department. It’s designed with a Southwestern flair, from its premium leather upholstery to the real wood accents in the cabin. The dashboard sports a burned-in brand that’s reminiscent of life on the ranch and lets everyone know what kind of truck they’re riding in.

Limited

On the top of the 2020 Ram 1500 lineup, you’ll find the Limited trim level. This truck has it all, making it the most luxurious truck in its class. It comes standard with many of the optional features the other trims have access to, such as the largest-in-class 12-inch touch screen, heated rear seats, and power running boards that automatically deploy when the Limited is parked and a door is opened.

This luxurious truck also has access to the premium 19-speaker Harman Kardon audio system, which takes your listening experience to a whole new level. To improve your hauling capabilities, the Limited offers a four-corner air suspension system with automatic load leveling.
